weight loss
Getting started begins with a medical weight loss visit. We’ll review your health history, current medications, weight loss goals, and previous efforts, then complete a body composition assessment and discuss treatment options that may be appropriate for you.
From there, we’ll create a personalized plan and provide ongoing follow-up to monitor your progress and make adjustments along the way. Walk-ins are welcome, or you can schedule an appointment online.
Weight Loss:
New Patient Visit: $99 – This is a comprehensive first visit that includes a full health review, body composition analysis (including Styku scan), Lipo-Mic injection, and a personalized weight loss plan. Medication cost is not included.
Follow-Up Visits: $69 – These visits focus on tracking your progress and adjusting your personalized plan. Medication cost is not included.
👉 We also offer Wellness Plans if you’re looking for a more consistent, cost-effective approach to your weight loss journey.
We offer several prescription weight loss options, including semaglutide, tirzepatide, phentermine, and other medications when appropriate. The best option depends on your health history, weight loss goals, current medications, and individual needs.
During your medical weight loss visit, we’ll review the available options and help determine which treatment plan is right for you.
We do prescribe Phentermine; however, it is only one of the weight loss strategies available in our practice. Prescription weight loss is based on a health history, exam, and weight loss goals. To determine which weight loss plan is right for you, come by for a weight loss visit.
Medication cost varies by medication, dose, and pharmacy.
Most medical weight loss patients follow up about once a month so we can monitor progress, review how you’re doing with your treatment plan, and make adjustments when needed.
Follow-up frequency may vary depending on the medication you’re taking and your individual needs.
Wellness & Injections
We offer a variety of IV infusions designed to support different wellness goals, including hydration, energy, immune support, recovery, and overall wellness. Our IV options contain different combinations of fluids, vitamins, minerals, and nutrients based on their intended purpose.
Visit our IV Infusions page to explore available options, or talk with our team for help choosing an infusion.
The right IV infusion depends on your individual needs and wellness goals. Whether you’re looking for hydration, nutritional support, recovery, energy, or general wellness, our team can help you choose an option that makes sense for you.
If you’re not sure where to start, you don’t need to figure it out before you come in—we’ll help you choose.
IV infusions start at $150. Pricing varies depending on the infusion and ingredients selected. We also offer seasonal specials and promotions throughout the year, so be sure to follow us on social media or join our email list for current offers.
Lipotropic injections contain a combination of nutrients that support the body’s normal metabolism and processing of fats. They commonly include ingredients such as methionine, inositol, choline (MIC), and B vitamins.
At Rejuvenate Batesville, we offer Lipo-MIC Plus injections as an optional addition to a weight management or wellness plan. They can also be used on their own as part of an individualized wellness routine.
Lipotropic injections are commonly used to provide nutritional support for energy and metabolism. They may be incorporated into a medical weight management program alongside nutrition, physical activity, and other treatments when appropriate.
They are not a stand-alone weight loss treatment, and our team can help determine whether Lipo-MIC Plus makes sense as part of your individual plan.
You can receive the Liop-MIC plus shot twice weekly, but smaller doses can be safely administered more frequently.

Hormone Optimization
Hormone replacement therapy begins with a review of your symptoms, health history, and lab results. If treatment is appropriate, we’ll develop an individualized plan based on your needs and goals.
Treatment may include bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), testosterone therapy, pellets, or other options, depending on the patient. We continue to monitor your symptoms and lab work over time and adjust treatment when needed.
For new hormone optimization patients, initial lab work is included in your new-patient hormone visit. Additional or follow-up lab costs may vary depending on the testing needed and your individual treatment plan.
Follow-up depends on your treatment plan and how your body responds to therapy. After treatment begins, we’ll repeat lab work and review your symptoms to make sure your hormone levels and treatment are where they need to be.
Once your treatment is well established, follow-up visits and lab testing are typically spaced farther apart.
Hormone changes can affect both men and women and may show up in different ways. Common concerns can include low energy, changes in mood or sleep, decreased libido, difficulty building or maintaining muscle, changes in weight or body composition, reduced strength or motivation, brain fog, and changes in overall well-being. Women may also experience hot flashes, night sweats, or menstrual changes, while men may notice changes in sexual function or physical performance.
Because these symptoms can have many causes, we consider your symptoms, health history, and lab results together to determine whether hormone optimization may be appropriate.
Aesthetics
The right treatment depends on your concerns, goals, skin, and the results you’re hoping to achieve. With options ranging from injectables and skin rejuvenation to advanced non-surgical treatments, there may be more than one way to approach the same concern. Our team can evaluate your needs and recommend options that make sense for you.
The amount of wrinkle relaxer needed varies based on the areas being treated, your facial anatomy, muscle strength, and desired result. During your visit, your injector will evaluate the treatment areas and recommend an appropriate amount for you.
The amount of filler needed depends on the area being treated, your anatomy, and your goals. Some patients may need only a small amount for subtle enhancement, while others may benefit from additional product to achieve their desired result. Your injector will create a treatment plan based on the look you want to achieve.
Downtime varies by treatment. Many aesthetic treatments require little to no downtime, while others may cause temporary redness, swelling, bruising, tenderness, or peeling. We’ll explain what to expect and provide aftercare instructions before you leave.
Yes. Consultations are available if you’re unsure which treatment is right for you or simply want to discuss your options before making a decision. We’ll talk about your concerns and goals, review appropriate treatment options, and help you decide what makes sense for you.
